MAINE STATE MOTOCROSS CHAMPIONSHIP

TWO DAY EVENT; 2 MOTO’S EACH DAY WITH BEST 3 OUT OF 4 FORMAT FOR OVERALL MAINE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP SCORING.
FRIDAY: Gates open 4:00pm with Evening Signup from 7:00pm to 9:00pm. Gate admission is $20.00ea for the weekend, $10.00ea for Sunday only. Ages 5 and under FREE. . Mini track will be open on Friday evening. $10.00 fee.
SATURDAY: Signup from 6:30am to 8:30am with mandatory riders meeting at 8:15am. Practice will start at 8:45. All classes will run (2) moto’s on Saturday. The Lyman-Dayton Lions Club is putting on a “Bean Supper” from 5:00pm to 7:00pm. The cost is $6.00 for Adults and $4.00 for Kids 6-10 (5 and under free). There will be live music and entertainment from 4:00pm to 9:00pm at the “Frogpond”. LOG ROLLING CONTEST after supper.
SUNDAY: Signup from 6:30am to 8:30am with riders meeting at 8:15am. Practice will start at 8:45. All classes will run (2) moto’s on Sunday. Maine State Championship Trophies and Plaques will be awarded on Sunday after completion of all four moto’s. Trophies will be presented on “best 3 out of 4” moto format.
***EXPERT PAYOUTS BOTH DAYS based on overall finishes.
Note: For all NEMX and MMS members. Each day (Sat & Sun) will be scored as a normal individual race day and all points will go toward the Fall Series for those organizations. The best “3 out of 4” is for the Maine State Motocross Championship only.
CLASSES: 50 Open, 50cc 4-6, 50cc 7-9, 65ABC, 65Open 85ABC, Junior Mini, Super Mini, 30+ABC, 125Y ABC, 125ABC, 250ABC, Open ABC, 35+ABC, Girls, Women, 40+ABC, 50+AB,C and the 125cc Two Stroke
Entry Fees: $70.00 ea class (includes both days), $35.00 ea class for Single day only. $50.00 ea class (includes both days) for all current 2011 Card Holding members of the Maine Motocross Series.
No “late entry” penalty fees. All entries can be done at the track on race day. Pre registration suggested. Classes may be limited.
