Loretta Lynn’s Area Qualifier

Weekend Schedule:

Thursday –  Gates open May 10th at noon.

Friday – Practice from 9:00AM – 3:00PM split into 5 groups running at 15 minute rotations. The order will be as follows:  85s, Exp, AM, 50s/65s, Nov.  Practice is $30.00, sign up will begin at 8:00 AM at the front office.

Saturday – LLQ Motocross Racing.  Practice Starts at 8:30 AM, racing starts immediately after practice.

Sunday – LLQ Motocross Racing.  Practice Starts at 8:30 AM, racing starts immediately after practice.

 

Admission Fees:

Thursday Arrivals – $35 per wrist band (Under 5 free)

Friday Arrivals – $30 per wrist band (Under 5 free)

Saturday Arrivals – $30 per wrist band (Under 5 free) Sunday refunds for Saturday departures

Sunday Arrivals – $15 per wrist band (Under 5 free)

 

Registration:

Thursday: 6:00 PM -8:00 PM 

Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday:  6:30 AM – 8:30 AM & 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Sunday: 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM

 

Entry Fees LLQ:

Friday Practice: $30

Racing Fees: $35 Per class

MX Sports qualifying eligibility (optional for those who want to qualify for the regional): $10

 

Please Note:

Transponders will be required and are available for rent.

We will have a parking attendant for the weekend and will be parking motorhomes as close as possible due to the large number of riders expected.  Parking spaces will be first come first serve.  Saving spots/ roping areas off will not be allowed.

Be aware that we can not be responsible for campers dropped off and left unattended.  Please make sure they are left in accordance with the parking plan prior to leaving.

 

Race Schedule:

We will provide a tentative race school soon.  But note that there will be changes once we have our entries into the computers.  You are able to find a list of which classes race on which days here: MX SPORTS CLASSES.

    how much is Transponders rental and deposit

      This is Rita with eScore! Transponder rentals are $20 with cash, $25 on a credit card, and the deposit is $100 either way. Cash is much more efficient during the rental and return process if you can bring $125 (you cannot split payment between cash and card). Hope that helps!
